One of the most valuable tools available is being able to search the Multiple Listing Services which contains thousands of listings in the Bay Area at any given time. With this service, my sellers’ property is exposed to over 4000 real estate agents and I am able to find the latest and best listings that fit my buyers’ needs.
With my 36 years of experience as a realtor in this area and keeping up to date with the new laws, forms, and marketing approaches, I can relieve my clients of the before mentioned responsibilities. I am also a member of the Santa Clara Valley Real Estate Independent Broker’s Network (REIBN).
I do not work more with more than 1 or 2 clients at a time, for I want to personally be able to give maximum attention to my clients’ needs and be able to keep in contact with them during the transaction.
I treat my clients as I would like to be treated with fairness and honesty. My goal is to relieve the stress that can be created from a transaction and have my clients be happy and satisfied when the escrow is closed. Also, I strive to get the most net possible cash for the sellers from the sale of their property and the best possible home purchase for my buyers.
